Olivier Coste Je T'Aime Carignan Appellation_Gascogne strength and minerality that allowsThis fresh red wine uses organically grown, night hand harvested Carignan grapes from 60 year old low yielding vines in Minervois,. The 15 hectare vineyard is farmed without chemical herbicides or pesticides, with trees continuously planted to preserve biodiversity. Grapes are macerated for three weeks before fermentation with regular pump overs. The wine is then matured in concrete vats for six months. Je T'Aime is an intense wine with aromas of dark
