Our Cabernet Sauvignon is selected from some of the best AVAs in Napa Valley, including Rutherford and Calistoga, while also incorporating single vineyard fruit from Diamond Mountain, Howell and St. Helena. Malolactic fermentation occurs in small barrels. Then, this Cabernet Sauvignon spends 18 months aging in winemaker selected French oak barrels.
