I do not know much about this variety

They're measuring in at about 2" tall

She does have firm leaves across her middle and I think once she settles in fully she'll have a nice shape (although a bit petite) and she should measure in at about 3" across if she consumes the leaves that shipped soft

Delosperma Echinatum, Variegata Colorata I do not know muchWe have three of these nice and mature variegated Pickle plants on our upload tonight. This is the first season we have seen these so mature. Stems are hardened over and these are nice sized. Some of the lower 'pickles' might get a little soft in transit, but these perk right up once potted because they are fully rooted. I kept one for my personal collection from this farm about three weeks back and she's stealing the show right now on her shelf.
