Large Chinese Antique Elm Daybed antique-lacquer This one is made fromShanxi, circa 1890 Produced as a daybed in Shanxi province at the end of the nineteenth century, this would have real impact as a long, large coffee table or would be ideal for seating at the end of a large bed. The original finish has worn to the more natural tones of the elm wood, with its lovely grain and character.
