Some of the things that I see are:  The overhead wires are all over the street in a mesh or net fashion / horse and buggy on the left with the buggy having a dark and white strip covering / fountain in the street / (__orth and Swinerton - which I am guessing was North and Swinerton sign / possibly Benjamin A Reich /

Additional Info:  States Alt 750 ft - there are a couple of flecks of the finish that are off from the card
