The fresh ginger is hot steeped into our house vodka and then finished with the honey, creating a product with complex layers of ginger, honey blossom and a lingering spiced finish. When adding GINGER BEAR to a cocktail, the ginger flavor comes through to the finish with the addition of New Jersey
